5 、The machine has two modes of operation

1 、Automatic mode:Advance set the dough to stop on the left or rightsideof the machine by using the touch screen,press the startbutton after folding the dough.(The operator only needs to stand on one side of the machine)

2 、Manual mode:Press the start button to run left or right.

6 、Automatic Sprinkle flour function:it can be selected to sprinkling flour or not at the large step of each formula.It is very user-friendly,avoiding the dough sticks to the rolling pin after the operator forget to sprinkling flours.

7 、Roll up dough function:After point the roll up dough function button,each dough is automatically rolled onto the rollingpin when the process is finished.

8 、Adopting the thread reversing principle,the commutation is gentle,the mechanical operation is powerful and no noise.

9 、Alltransmission parts are driven by high-frequency quenching sprocket and imported chain,which will not slip.The reversing bearing is imported from Germany.

10 、The upper and lower scrapers are all made offood grade materials.The dough do not stick the surface of the upper and lower pressing

rollers.The cleaning is simple and convenient.The upper and lower scraper surfaces do not see any screws and will not scratch the dough.

11 、The pressing surface lifting roller adopts the connecting rod synchronizing device,which avoids the phenomenon that the gap betweenthe upper and lower pressing rollers is different.

12 、The conveyor belt can be freely disassembled without opening the main machine.The biggest advantage is that when the outermost roller of the conveyor belt is lifted up,the conveyor belt is in a relaxed state.After cleaning the flour on both sides of the roller,it can be put down.
